First, Francis, Marion and I met up at Jollibee Asturias for breakfast, 6 am. Enjoy enjoy muna before the competition. Then, around 8, we went up the Main Bldg but the competition really started at 10. Urgh! Goosebumps. Anyway, both of my team mates were getting sooo nervous, ko, wala, NR, senseless (?). Ang weird no?! Hindi ako kinabahan nung una. Nag-start lang yung nervousness ko nung talagang nakatayo na ako sa harap nung ajudicator. We were up against Chem. I was stunned at first because ChemSoc won last year and I was thinking, Chem (Soc), Chem (our opponents), they're the same. Shoot. Moving on, our motion was "Abortion is a necessity". oohhh, hard one if we're in the government side but we weren't. Good Lord! Opposition kami!!!
I dunno what happened but WE WON. And the ajudicator said we were a "dynamic team". Whapak! However, we weren't going to compete in the championship coz there were some changes in the rules, instead of 10 groups competing, they limited it to 8. So there.
Second agenda for the day, UAAP!!! At 1 pm, we were in a hurry to get to Araneta coz we (Missy and I) thought that Matet, Hershey and Bea were there, but they texted that they're not there anymore. Missy had to go down at Betty Go to go to Matet's place. As for me, they gave me a ticket!!! Shiyet!!! Maraming maraming salamat talaga!!! Ako lang sa clique namin ang nanuod dahil self-sacrificing ang aking mga kaibigan i love you guys!!! It took me 90 pesos worth of load just to get that ticket. Hay. Straight to the compet, I was so worried when I saw FEU's routine. I'm not sure but I wasn't at all amazed with UP's performance thought hey're stunts were vavavavoom, I wasn't thrilled watching them.
With the Salinggawi, whooohooo!!! They were/are great!!! Biased ako kasi I have two friends on the court but I have to commend them. Magaling talaga! Although there wasn't anything outstanding unlike last year with the Helicopter toss, this year, wala. They focused more on the dance itself, wala masyading stunts, however, polished naman yung steps. Ganda rin ng crowd, siyempre, andun kami. Wahahaha!!! Go uste!!! Sabi nga ni Ezeck, DIVE FOR THE FIVE!!!
So far, that's two consecutive wins for 2B! Next agenda, Psych party! I went to Matet's place after the UAAP. My voice, hoarse and barely heard. Anyway, we hailed a cab to Teriyaki Boi, Tomas Morato. Treat ni Matet!!! Yihee. Kaming 6 lang, wala si Seski. Sarap yung food kahit konti lang yung servings. Heehehehe! After nun, we walked from there to Dish at ABS CBN compound. Ang layo di ba!? We were planning to gate crash kaya lang, sorry, no can do. We stayed outside a little longer then, Matet, Hershey and Missy decided to go home na kasi they still need to do their paper for Theories. Milet, Bea and I decided to get tickets and go inside. Sakto naman entrance namin, sila Karlo na yung tutugtog! Whooo! Aion, boring yung party, buti na lang we only paid a hundred. Oo nga pala, I saw Ruth Ann Cailo, from HS. She was on the front desk, I wonder what she's doing there. It wasn't a good sight, I didn't even want to say hi. Wahahahaha!!!
There, got home around 2:30. Bea's mom dropped me home. Thanks!
