At 6:30 am, I was already at school since we were to prepare our seminar for OrgDevt in CFAD Audi. Since the room wasn't open yet, I accompanied Ezeck to have his polos ironed because he said their helper didn't iron it last night. So, I went with him to P.Noval. We chatted with the owner of the laundry shop and her story is pretty inspiring. She raised and educated her 6 children with just their laundry shop - 4 of which graduated already from college and the other 2 are in their 3rd year already. It was heart-warming because only her and her husband are doing all the jobs - washing the clothes by hand or washing machine, ironing the clothes, and hanging them outside their place. Weee, it's nice to hear stories like this!!!
At 8:30, our seminar began! Sobrang saya kasi alam naming pinaghirapan yun ng lahat. Nag-pay off lahat ng pagpupuyat at sakripisyo namin! :) Bow ako sa mga speakers namin: Hershey, Dianne, and Marion!!! Whoooo!!! The whole learning experience was great - something I can never ever forget! Natuwa din si Ma'am Gregorio! Woot woot! It's undeniable that 3B is the best policy! Hehehe!
At 12:00, me and my TestCon gropupmates were on our way to Immaculate Conception Cathedral School! Nagpa-test kami sa grade 5 students!!! Sobrang saya ulit kasi ang kulit ng mga bata. They were smiling, laughing, talking all at the same time, yelling at us, and last but not the least, telling us WE'RE PRETTY! Hahaha! Ang kulit talaga! I didn't want to leave early so I asked Matet if she also wants to stay, she said yes; so I asked her if we could ask them to do the HTP, she agreed naman. I asked the kids if they wanted us to stay longer and they all yelled, "YESSS!" with matching, "Ate, 3:30 na lang kayo umalis!" So, we asked them to draw! Hahaha! After that, they asked for our Friendster accounts! They even asked our address, cellphone numbers, ages, and yahoo id! Ang kukulit! :) I love spending time with these kids, ang sweet nila eh. Before we left, they said their usual greetings followed by a "God Bless! Take Care!" and "We love you!" Hahaha! Sana add nila ako sa Friendster agad.
At 3:30, I was back at UST for our CYA! For today, we are to do random acts of kindness! At dahil late ako, naka-group ko sina Allan, Karen, Allison, and hmm, wah nakalimutan ko, sorry! Anyway, ayun nga, we roamed around Dapitan looking for people who needs our help or kindness. Tapos, na-meet namin si Jonathan, 13 years old. He's collecting plastic bottles so tinulungan namin. He roamed around searching for bottles, asking for bottles, and getting bottles from the trash can! Ang saya talaga! Medyo kinapalan ko na nga yung mukha ko kasi there's this man who's passing by, I asked if I could have his bottle eh he wasn't finished drinking yet, he's polite naman, inubos niya bigla. Hehehe! We were able to make Jonathan smile and feel loved kahit papaano.
Ang drawback ng mga pinaggagawa ko, hindi ako nakapunta sa meeting ng Football for tomorrow's game. And hindi din ako nakasama sa lunch ng 3B sa Chef d Angelo! Sorry po talaga! As much as I want to attend and do everything, ayaw na ng katawan at utak ko. Woo, kaya ko 'to! Aja!
